• The My Show & Tell App is used for both commercial and noncommercial purposes based on the requirement of your organization. For using this App, your organization must authorize you access to the App and the corresponding platform. The commercial version of this App comes with restricted access and several security features, and works in association with the My Show & Tell platform as well as the RxSling App and platform, as per the configuration requirement of your organization.
  • RxPrism Health Systems Private Limited ("RxPrism", "Company", "We", "Our", or "Us") is the owner of the "My Show & Tell" and "RxSling" mobile applications.

  • The RxSling application is a frontend application meant for commercial users and it works as an integral part of the My Show & Tell application. Therefore, it is important to note that the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions of both the applications flow into one another. You can access the most up-to-date version of the Privacy Policy of the RxSling application at www.myshowandtell.app/rxsling/privacy.html.
  • In a commercial scenario, the My Show & Tell application serves the Show & Tell video Content "Creators" of Your organization while the RxSling application serves the Show & Tell video Content "Distributors" of Your organization. The Show & Tell video Contents thus created by Your video Content Creators using the My Show & Tell application and personalized and distributed by Your video Content Distributors using the RxSling application are viewed by Your video Content "Viewers". The term 'Show & Tell video Content' will be hereinafter addressed as "Content".

When You choose to do this, We receive certain profile and account information about You from the Linked Network. These Linked Networks may also appear in Your profile, so that people can find You on these Linked Networks. • 3.3. Your Content Creators have the option not to provide Us Their Personal Information sought to be collected. They also have an option to withdraw Their consent at any point, provided such withdrawal of consent is intimated to Us in writing at snt@rxprism.com. If They do not provide Us Their Personal Information or if They withdraw Their consent at any point in time, We shall have the option not to fulfil the purposes for which the said Personal Information was sought and We may restrict Them from using the App.
  • 3.4. Integrated service provider and linked networks: Your Content Creators can choose to sign in or sign up (besides the users of the iOS version of the App from App Store—iOS users cannot SIGN UP but can only SIGN IN) to the App through Linked Networks, such as Google. When Your Content Creators choose to do this, We receive certain profile and account information about Them from the Linked Network. These Linked Networks may also appear in Their profiles, so that people can find Them on these Linked Networks. Your Content Creators should consult the privacy policies of the respective Linked Networks for information about their practices. Your Content Creators may elect to use information from the Linked Network to populate Their profile on the App.
  1. Changes to the Privacy Policy
  • 4.1. Although We may attempt to notify You (and Your Content Creators, in case of commercial users) when major changes are made to Our Privacy Policy, You (and Your Content Creators, in case of commercial users) should periodically review the most up-to-date version at www.myshowandtell.app/privacy.html. We may, in Our sole discretion, modify or revise this Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, and any other relevant policies at any time, and You (and Your Content Creators, in case of commercial users) agree to be bound by such modifications or revisions. The last sentence in the Privacy Policy indicates when it was last updated.
  1. What Information We Collect?
  • 5.1. The types of information We collect about You (Your Content Creators, in case of commercial users) include Personal Information and Non-Personal Information, collectively referred to as "Information".
  • 5.2. "Personal Information" is defined under the SPI Rules (sensitive personal data or information) to mean any information that relates to a natural person, which, either directly or indirectly, in combination with other information available or likely to be available to a body or corporate, is capable of identifying such person. Personal Information for the purposes of this Privacy Policy shall include, but not be limited to:
  • 5.2.1. Name
  • 5.2.2. Date of birth
  • 5.2.3. Email address
  • 5.2.4. Mobile number
  • 5.2.5. Profile photo
  • 5.2.6. Login password
  • 5.2.7. Selfie video (that You [Your Content Creators, in case of commercial users] may record by showing Your [Their, in case of commercial users] face while creating Your [Their, in case of commercial users] Show & Tell video Content)
  • 5.3. We may also collect information other than Personal Information from You (Your Content Creators, in case of commercial users) through the App when You (Your Content Creators, in case of commercial users) visit and/or use the App. Such information may be stored in Our server logs. Such Non-Personal Information may or may not assist Us to identify You (Your Content Creators, in case of commercial users) personally. Such Non-Personal Information may include:
  • 5.3.1. Your (Your Content Creators', in case of commercial users) usage details such as time, frequency, duration, pattern of use, features used, and the amount of storage used
  • 5.3.2. Master and transaction data and other data stored in Your (Your Content Creators', in case of commercial users) user account
  • 5.3.3. Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language, referring URL, files accessed, errors generated, time zone, operating system, and other visitor details collected in Our log files
  • 5.4. We may also store information about the Content that You (Your Content Creators, in case of commercial users) create and publish through Our App. These information can also be considered as Non-Personal Information and would include:
  • 5.4.1. The title and description of Your (Your Content Creators', in case of commercial users) Show & Tell Contents
  • 5.4.2. Photos, images, document pages, or presentation slides relevant to Your (Your Content Creators', in case of commercial users) Show & Tell Contents
  • 5.4.3. Videos, audios, or GIFs relevant to Your (Your Content Creators', in case of commercial users) Show & Tell Contents
  • 5.4.4. The number of views and lights Your (Your Content Creators', in case of commercial users) Contents receive
  • 5.5. All Show & Tell Contents are hosted on a public URL. However, the URL of every Show & Tell Content will contain a random combination of more than 12 case-sensitive alphanumeric characters. Such URLs, though hosted in the public domain, are usually very difficult for anyone to target and access. Nevertheless, when You (Your Content Creators, in case of commercial users) share the URL of Your (Their, in case of commercial users) Content on social media sites, more and more people in the public domain may be able to access it depending on how viral Your (Their, in case of commercial users) Content is. Public viewing includes availability to non-registered visitors. It can occur when users share Your (Your Content Creators', in case of commercial users) Content across other sites or services.
  • 5.6. PIN-protect your Content: If You (Your Content Creators, in case of commercial users) do not want to provide access to the common public to any of Your (Their, in case of commercial users) Show & Tell Content, You (They, in case of commercial users) can protect that Content using a PIN and share the Content along with the PIN only with people whom You (They, in case of commercial users) would want to share.
  • 5.7. Additional Content-Protection: We have also incorporated an additional layer of protection for Your Content by adding a Content-Protection feature in the App. Once You (Your Content Creators, in case of commercial users) activate this feature, it restricts Your viewers (Your Content Viewers, in case of commercial users) from forwarding Your Content URL that They receive from You (Your Content Distributors, in case of commercial users). After Your viewers (Your Content Viewers, in case of commercial users) open and view a Protection-enabled Content URL on Their device browser and forward the URL to another individual, that individual will not be able to open and view it on his/her device browser. In other words, after a Protection-enabled Content URL is opened and viewed by an individual on his/her device browser, the same Content URL cannot be opened and viewed by any other individual on any other device browsers. Conversely, if You (Your Content Distributors, in case of commercial users) share a Protection-enabled Content URL to a viewer (Your Content Viewer, in case of commercial users) and if someone else, including You yourself (Your Content Distributors themselves, in case of commercial users), opens and views the URL on the device browser before the intended recipient does so, the intended recipient will not be able to open and view the Content URL on his/her device browser. However, if You (Your Content Creators or Distributors, in case of commercial users) view the Protection-enabled Content URL on Your (Their, in case of commercial users) App instead of Your (Their, in case of commercial users) device browser, Your (Their, in case of commercial users) intended recipient can still open and view Your (Their, in case of commercial users) Protection-enabled Content URL on his/her device browser.
  • 5.8. You (Your Content Creators, in case of commercial users) may, of course, decline to submit information through the App, in which case We may not be able to provide certain Services to You (Them, in case of commercial users). You (Your Content Creators, in case of commercial users) may also control the types of notifications and communications We send, limit the information shared within the App about You (Them, in case of commercial users), and otherwise amend certain privacy settings. Here is further information about some of Your (Their, in case of commercial users) choices:
  • 5.8.1. Deleting and deactivating Content: You (Your Content Creators, in case of commercial users) may delete or deactivate a specific Content that You (They, in case of commercial users) post in the App any time. Once You (Your Content Creators, in case of commercial users) delete Your (Their, in case of commercial users) Content, You (They, in case of commercial users) cannot recover it even if You (They, in case of commercial users) change Your (Their, in case of commercial users) mind. On the other hand, when You (Your Content Creators, in case of commercial users) deactivate Your (Their, in case of commercial users) Content, You (They, in case of commercial users) can reactivate it any time. All deletions and deactivations to Your (Your Content Creators', in case of commercial users) Content will reflect in the App immediately. It is important to note that We have no control over deletions and deactivations to Your (Your Content Creators', in case of commercial users) Content across third party sites (or any other locations) where Your (Their, in case of commercial users) Content has been shared already. This is because the third party sites store the preview of Your (Your Content Creators', in case of commercial users) Content (cache) on their servers. However, once You (Your Content Creators, in case of commercial users) delete or deactivate Your (Their, in case of commercial users) Content on the App, the public URL of that Content reflects Your (Their, in case of commercial users) changes immediately. If anyone clicks this URL from any third party sites, the URL will display no Content.
  • 5.8.2. Editing Content: You (Your Content Creators, in case of commercial users) cannot edit Your (Their, in case of commercial users) images, photos, document pages, or presentation slides and Your (Their, in case of commercial users) Content, audio, or GIF after You (They, in case of commercial users) save Your (Their, in case of commercial users) Content. However, You (Your Content Creators, in case of commercial users) can edit all other parameters, such as the title, description, and optional settings of Your (Their, in case of commercial users) Content any time. Such modifications to Your (Your Content Creators', in case of commercial users) Content will reflect in the App immediately. It is important to note that We have no control over these modifications to Your (Your Content Creators', in case of commercial users) Content across third party sites (or any other locations) where Your (Their, in case of commercial users) Content has been shared already. This is because the third party sites store the preview of Your (Your Content Creators', in case of commercial users) Content (cache) along with its details on their servers. However, once You (Your Content Creators, in case of commercial users) modify the details of Your (Their, in case of commercial users) Content on the App, the public URL of that Content reflects Your (Their, in case of commercial users) changes immediately. If anyone clicks this URL from any third party sites, the URL will display the Content along with the updated details. Since You (Your Content Creators, in case of commercial users) cannot edit Your (Their, in case of commercial users) images, photos, document pages, or presentation slides and Your (Their, in case of commercial users) Content, audio, or GIF once You (They, in case of commercial users) create Your (Their, in case of commercial users) Show & Tell Content, it is important to note that the preview picture of that Content will remain the same until the Content is deactivated or deleted.
  • 5.8.3. Deleting account by a noncommercial user: If You choose to delete Your account in the App menu, then all Your Contents will be deactivated and You will be logged out of the App instantly. From the time You delete Your account, Your Content will no more be accessible to anyone from the public URL. We then take about 7 working days to delete all Your Contents and personal and non-personal information from Our database. Nevertheless, We have no control over the previews of Your Contents that may remain across third party sites. The previews of Your Contents will remain in the public domain until the time the third parties decide to clear their cache, based on their policies and terms of use. Once You delete Your account, it is imperative to note that We cannot restore Your Contents even if You change Your mind later.
  • 5.8.4. Deleting account by a commercial user: If Your Content Creators choose to delete Their account in the App menu or if the commercial license expires, then all Their Contents will be deactivated and They will be logged out of the App instantly. From the time They delete their account, Their Content will no more be accessible to anyone from the public URL. We allow a 30-day grace period before We delete all Your Content Creators' Contents whereby the account automatically downgrades itself to a noncommercial account. During this grace period, We provide all Their activity information via detailed reports as agreed in the commercial license agreement. Upon receipt of Your confirmation that all information shared are correct and complete and upon completion of the grace period, We purge all the Contents in the Account from Our database. This automatically downgrades the account to a noncommercial account. Nevertheless, We have no control over the previews of Your Content Creators' Contents that may remain across third party sites. The previews of Your Content Creators' Contents will remain in the public domain until the time the third parties decide to clear their cache, based on their policies and terms of use. Once Your Content Creators delete Their account, it is imperative to note that We cannot restore Their Contents even if They change Their mind after the 30-day grace period. When a commercial account is terminated, it automatically downgrades to a noncommercial account, devoid of all Contents created until then. Whereas, when a noncommercial account is upgraded to a commercial account, it retains all the Contents created during its noncommercial phase.
  • 5.9. Note on preview picture: The preview picture for each of Your (Your Content Creators', in case of commercial users) Show & Tell Content is generated using either the first image or the first 3 images in Your (Their, in case of commercial users) Content, based on the size of the images, with the "My Show & Tell App" visible at the bottom-right corner of the preview. The preview picture of Your (Your Content Creators', in case of commercial users) Show & Tell Content will be visible to the public when You (They, in case of commercial users) share Your (Their, in case of commercial users) Content on third-party sites even if Your (Their, in case of commercial users) Content is protected using a PIN.
  • 5.10. Collection of Information from viewers of noncommercial users: We collect the following Non-Personal Information from Your viewers for analytical purposes:
  • 5.10.1. IP address or location of Your viewers' mobiles
  • 5.10.2. Number of views
  • 5.11. Collection of Information from viewers of commercial users
  • 5.11.1. As described in the beginning of this Privacy Policy, Your Content Creators usually share Their Show & Tell Contents with Your Content Distributors. And, it is through Your Content Distributors that We collect the Information about Your Content Viewers.
  • 5.11.2. We collect the following Personal Information of Your Content Viewers from Your Content Distributors:
  • 5.11.2.1. Mobile number of Your Content Viewers that Your Content Distributors select from Their Contacts list before They share Their Show & Tell Content
  • 5.11.2.2. Personalized (welcome) text that Your Content Distributors add to Their Show & Tell Content before They share them with Their Content Viewers
  • 5.11.3. We also collect the following Non-Personal Information from Your Content Viewers for further analysis and report generation:
  • 5.11.3.1. IP address or location of Your Viewers' mobiles
  • 5.11.3.2. Viewer-wise data
  • 5.11.3.3. Content watch time
  • 5.11.3.4. Buttons clicked
  • 5.11.3.5. Total time spent on Content
  • 5.11.3.6. Response provided
  • 5.11.3.7. Checksum browser metadata

We may exchange, transfer, share, part with all or any of Your Information, across borders and from Your country to any other countries across the world with Our affiliates, agents, third party service providers, and partners for the Purposes specified under this Privacy Policy or as may be required by applicable law or in case of sale, acquisition, merger, or bankruptcy involving RxPrism.
  • 8.1.2. You acknowledge that some countries where We may transfer Your Information may not have data protection laws that are as stringent as the laws of Your own country.
  • 8.1.3. You acknowledge that it is adequate that when RxPrism transfers Your Information to any other entity within or outside Your country of residence, RxPrism will place contractual obligations on the transferee, which will oblige the transferee to adhere to the provisions of this Privacy Policy.

  • 9.1.1. The security of Your Personal Information collected during registration is important to Us. We restrict access to Your Personal Information to Our and Our affiliates' employees, agents, third party service providers, partners, and agencies who need to know such Personal Information in relation to the Purposes as specified above in this Privacy Policy and provided that such entities agree to abide by this Privacy Policy.
  • 9.1.2. While We will endeavor to take all reasonable and appropriate steps to keep secure any information which We hold about You and prevent unauthorized access, You acknowledge that the Internet is not 100% secure and that We cannot provide any absolute assurance regarding the security of Your Personal Information. It is important to note that We cannot recover any Content from the deleted accounts once the grace period is over because We delete all the Show & Tell Contents of the accounts from all Our servers, thereby automatically downgrading the accounts to noncommercial accounts (as mentioned earlier in this Privacy Policy).
  • 9.2.6. While We will endeavor to take all reasonable and appropriate steps to keep secure any information which We hold about Your Content Creators and prevent its unauthorized access, You acknowledge that the Internet is not 100% secure and that We cannot provide any absolute assurance regarding the security of Your Content Creators' Personal Information. 1. Cookies
  • 10.1. We may store temporary or permanent 'cookies' on Your (Your Content Creators', in case of commercial users) computer(s). A cookie is a small piece of data that is sent to Your (Your Content Creators', in case of commercial users) browser from a Web server and stored on Your (Their, in case of commercial users) computer's hard drive. A cookie cannot read data off Your (Your Content Creators', in case of commercial users) hard disk or read cookie files created by other sites. Once You (Your Content Creators, in case of commercial users) close Your (Their, in case of commercial users) browser, the cookie simply terminates. For instance, by setting a cookie on Your (Your Content Creators', in case of commercial users) browser, You (They, in case of commercial users) would not have to log in a password more than once, thereby saving time while on the Apps. You (Your Content Creators, in case of commercial users) can choose whether to accept cookies by changing the settings of Your (Their, in case of commercial users) browser. You (Your Content Creators, in case of commercial users) can reset Your (Their, in case of commercial users) browser to refuse all cookies or allow Your (Their, in case of commercial users) browser to show You (Them, in case of commercial users) when a cookie is being sent. If You (Your Content Creators, in case of commercial users) reject the cookies on an App, You (They, in case of commercial users) may still be able to use the App, but it shall be limited to certain minimal functionality. The only drawback to this is that You (Your Content Creators, in case of commercial users) may be limited only to some areas of the App or limited to certain functions of the App. Some of Our business partners may use cookies on the App. Please note that We have no access to or control over such cookies. RxPrism and Our business partners may use cookies to better personalize the content, banners, and promotions that You (Your Content Creators, in case of commercial users) see on the App.
  1. Links
  • 11.1. The App may contain links to other third party sites. The third party sites are not under the control of RxPrism. Please note that RxPrism is not responsible for the privacy practices of such third party sites. RxPrism encourages You (Your Content Creators, in case of commercial users) to be aware when You (They, in case of commercial users) leave the App or the Show & Tell Content page. RxPrism also encourages You (Your Content Creators, in case of commercial users) to read the privacy policies of each and every third party site that collects personal information. If You (Your Content Creators, in case of commercial users) decide to access any of the third party sites linked to the App, You (They, in case of commercial users) do this entirely at Your (Their, in case of commercial users) own risk. Any links to any partner of the App is the responsibility of the linking party, and RxPrism shall not be responsible for notification of any change in name or location of any information on the App.
  1. Correcting Inaccuracies or Updating Personal Information
  • 12.1. Since all Your (Your Content Creators', in case of commercial users) Personal Information is stored as part of Your (Their, in case of commercial users) profile on the App, You (They, in case of commercial users) can directly update Your (Their, in case of commercial users) profile on the profile pages of the App.
  • 12.2. You (Your Content Creators, in case of commercial users) are not allowed to use the App or the Services of the App if any of the terms of this Privacy Policy are not in accordance with the applicable laws of Your (Their, in case of commercial users) country.
  1. Grievance Redressal
  • 13.1.
